Drop in anytime from 5 a.m. through 8 a.m. This class provides endurance training using aerobics, strength building, and muscle endurance. Rotate through multiple stations with set timing for each station. Gaby is the circuit training expert and she will guide you through exercises and correct your form.

WEST AFRICAN DANCE
Learn traditional dances and rhythms from West Africa in this fun, energetic, and high-intensity class. Beginners and all levels are encouraged to come out and take this class! You will be glad you did!! Please be prepared to dance bare-foot if comfortable and bring a dance skirt (lapa) if you have one

Pound is a full body cardio jam session inspired by the energizing infectious sweat dripping fun of playing the drums. Unleash your inner ROCKSTAR! The POUND workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout. A huge part of the class is performed in a squat position. Drumsticks weigh one-fourth pound per stick and they're perfectly designed to maximize your arm workout. Includes modified movements for people with mobility limitations.
A total body workout formatted to strengthen the entire body using a fusion of techniques including barre and pilates. In this class, you will strengthen and lengthen muscles that are traditionally not focused on as well as increase flexibility, balance and posture. Feel free to bring your own mat.
